Three Bridges is not open yet. The developer is targeting 2027. It runs UNIT Surf Pool in Salem, Utah, USA.
Verified August 2026
An ambitious private resort with what would be the largest UNIT Surf Pool built to date, still under development with conflicting opening-date reports and no public access planned.
Three Bridges is a private membership resort and residential community planned for Salem, Utah, in the Wasatch Mountains foothills, built around an 18-hole golf course, a Beach Club, and what the developer calls the largest UNIT Surf Pool ever built, at 18 meters wide. The 532-acre development also includes pickleball, a spa, trails, and a branded hotel targeted for 2027.
The UNIT system planned here would be the largest of its kind, a floating standing wave inside the development's surf and paddle lake. No wave height or settings menu has been published yet.
Prospective members and homebuyers considering the community. This is a private club, not a public wave pool: access runs through membership and property ownership, not a day pass or walk-in booking.
No public pricing exists. Custom home sites (0.25 to 1 acre) and village homes are listed as 'contact for pricing and availability' rather than published rates.
Not applicable for visitors. If you're evaluating membership or a home purchase, contact Three Bridges directly for current availability.
