Three Bridges is a private resort club community of about 530 acres in Salem, Utah, on the western foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, developed by High Ground Development. Salem approved its master plan in 2023. Plans include a private Robert Trent Jones II golf course, the Twin Fin Beach Club and a surf and paddle lake, eight pickleball courts, spa and fitness, a four-mile trail system and a branded hotel planned for 2027. The 2023 announcement targeted spring 2026 for the Beach Club and surf lake; no opening has been announced since.
