Three Bridges

Three Bridges is a private membership resort and residential community planned for Salem, Utah, in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. The 532-acre development is built around an 18-hole golf course and a Beach Club set on a surf and paddle lake, with a branded hotel, spa, pickleball courts and a trail network alongside the homes.

UNIT Surf Pool lists Three Bridges among its locations as an 18-metre floating UNIT Standing Wave, estimated to open in 2027: a wave ridden in place rather than paddled into and ridden down the line. No wave height or settings menu has been published.

Access is private throughout. There is no public session, day pass or visitor booking planned, so the wave is reachable only through membership or ownership. That places Three Bridges alongside Zion Shores and Southern Shores in southern and central Utah as surf amenities you buy into rather than book.

The 2023 announcement priced custom homesites from $300,000 to more than $1 million; no newer price list or unit count has been published. The timeline is also unsettled: the 2023 announcement targeted spring 2026 for the Twin Fin Beach Club and surf lake and 2027 for a branded hotel, and no opening has been announced since.
