Three Bridges

Three Bridges is a private membership resort and residential community planned for Salem, Utah, in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. The 532-acre development is built around an 18-hole golf course and a Beach Club set on a surf and paddle lake, with a branded hotel, spa, pickleball courts and a trail network alongside the homes.

The surf element is a UNIT Surf Pool that the developer describes as the largest ever built, at 18 meters wide. It is a floating standing wave rather than a lagoon, so it is ridden in place on a sheet of moving water rather than paddled into and ridden down the line. No wave height or settings menu has been published.

Access is private throughout. There is no public session, day pass or visitor booking planned, so the wave is reachable only through membership or ownership. That places Three Bridges alongside Zion Shores and Southern Shores in southern and central Utah as surf amenities you buy into rather than book.

No pricing and no unit count have been published. The timeline is also unsettled: the developer's own materials point to 2027 alongside the hotel, while a separate press item describes the Beach Club and surf lake opening as early as spring 2026, ahead of the rest of the resort. Treat both as targets and contact the developer directly for current availability.
