Molaya Bay Resort & Residences is a planned resort on about 22 acres at the base of Cerro Trinidad in Lídice, Capira, west of Panama City, developed by TrinityHills Capital through its Panamanian entity Trinity Hills Valley, which owns the land. Its centrepiece is a 2.5-acre surf lagoon that the developer says will run Endless Surf technology, alongside a 111-key Tribute Portfolio hotel under a franchise agreement with Marriott International signed in December 2025, private residences and a members' clubhouse. The hotel and residences are to be managed by Remington Hospitality.
Nothing to book yet. Lídice is about 50 minutes by car from Panama City and about 45 minutes from Panamá Pacífico International Airport; Tocumen International Airport is about 1 hour 10 minutes.
