Mexico's first luxury wave-pool community and likely its best wave behind gates. Impressive machine, closed door.
Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential surf community under construction on the Los Cabos corridor in Mexico, developed by Meriwether Companies with the Sanchez Navarro family. Its four-acre Endless Surf ES48 basin, a roughly 35 million dollar machine, is scheduled to run test waves in late summer 2026 with full operation by year end.
The ES48 is designed for waves up to seven feet and rides as long as 25 seconds, with zoned peaks for mixed abilities. In a region whose ocean waves range from beginner-unfriendly beach breaks to serious points, a dial-a-wave lagoon fills a real gap for the resort crowd.
Owners and members: this anchors a 200-plus-home community with sales already past 200 million dollars. Public access is not part of the published model.
Access follows property ownership and club membership; no session pricing exists or is expected for the general public.
Nothing to book. Los Cabos' real surf, from Costa Azul to Cerritos, remains excellent and public. Watch clips when test waves start this fall.
