Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential community built around an Endless Surf wave basin, in the 3,000-acre Cabo Real masterplan at Km 19.5 on Highway 1 between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. It is developed by Meriwether Companies and the Sanchez Navarro family, with Grupo Questro and Clubs Desarrolla named as partners. Launch and groundbreaking were announced in December 2024. In September 2026 The Cabo Magazine reported that the four-acre ES48 basin had begun filling with about 26 million liters of water from a desalination plant built specifically for the development, a process expected to take 30 to 40 days, with initial surfing expected as early as December 2026. On 20 October 2026 the developer said the basin is set to open this December, with the adjacent Surf Club expected in early 2027. Endless Surf called it North America's first Endless Surf wave basin.

No surf prices. Membership is reserved for real estate owners; Surf Casita homes were announced from 2.5 million dollars in December 2024; the club's Robb Report listing, dated March 2026, gives Surf Casitas from 2.75 million and villa homesites from 1.4 million.
Nothing to book. The club says Los Cabos International Airport is roughly 20 to 25 minutes away.

When does Cabo Real Surf Club open?
Cabo Real Surf Club is under construction, with opening expected December 2026. Access is limited to members, who must own property here, and their invited guests. No public sessions are planned. The December 2026 opening comes from the developer's 20 October release; the Surf Club follows in early 2027, and the golf course is closed for renovation until late 2027.
