Hidden Lake Surf Resort is a proposed surf and waterfront resort on 120 acres in Buckeye, on the western edge of metro Phoenix, built around the existing 60-acre lake of the former Hidden Lake event venue at 24445 W. Sunrise Drive. The property sold for about 10.5 million dollars on 13 January 2026 to Ocean Front Property in Arizona LLC, led by Drew Boyles. The plan presented at Surf Park Summit in September 2026 calls for a 12.5-acre Endless Surf lagoon with a resort hotel, beach club, marina, villas, casitas and glamping. The developer says resort and recreation uses are approved through the City of Buckeye's Planned Area Development. The project won the Surf Park Sharks pitch at the summit, where Surf Park Central listed Developer of the Year as Hidden Lakes (Drew Boyles). No construction start or opening date has been announced.
The plan presented at Surf Park Summit specifies a 12.5-acre Endless Surf lagoon. No caisson count, capacity or wave menu has been announced, and the project's renderings are described as conceptual and subject to change.
