Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential community set within the established 3,000-acre Cabo Real masterplan in Los Cabos, Mexico, about 20 minutes from the international airport. Its developers, Meriwether Companies with Grupo Questro and Clubs Desarrolla, call it North America's first community built around a private Endless Surf wave basin, paired with a Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course.
The real estate ranges from a collection of 31 three-bedroom Surf Casitas priced from about $2.5 million, to Boardwalk Homes set directly on the strand overlooking the wave basin, six-bedroom Villas with sea-to-mountain views, and large Estate Lots of roughly 2,200 to 2,600 square meters. Amenities include a beach club, clubhouse, wellness and recovery, fitness, racquet sports, and adventure concierge. The wave basin and first residences are under construction with an opening targeted for 2026, and the project had already logged more than $50 million in founders' sales.
The community is anchored by a Endless Surf wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Cabo Real Surf Club.
