Molaya Bay Resort & Residences is a planned surf-lagoon resort on about 22 acres in Lídice, Capira, about 50 minutes west of Panama City, on land owned by the developer's Panamanian entity, Trinity Hills Valley. The developer says its 2.5-acre lagoon will run Endless Surf technology, and in December 2025 it signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International for a 111-key Tribute Portfolio hotel with branded residences, to be managed by Remington Hospitality.
The sales site is taking reservations for lagoon-view and mountain-view residences and offers founding-member lifetime wave passes, but has published no prices. The Marriott announcement counted 130 residences; the sales site now describes 280. No groundbreaking has been announced.
The community is anchored by a Endless Surf (per developer) wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Molaya Bay.
