Honna Surf Hub runs a Citywave standing wave at the X-Madrid complex in Alcorcón, southwest of central Madrid. It operates as a full surf school with four skill tiers, a kids programme, a shop and even organised surf trips, rather than as a single attraction inside the complex.
A Citywave stationary wave ridden on real boards with fins, with sessions capped at ten surfers and dropping to 25 minutes when a group is three or fewer. Boards and wetsuits are provided and every session opens with a safety briefing.
Madrid surfers facing a four-hour drive to the north coast, and beginners wanting a structured pathway rather than one session. The surf-trip programme makes it a hub for people who also surf the ocean, which is unusual for an inland wave.
Intermediate and pro sessions run about 39.90 euros, beginner sessions about 49.90 euros, and kids from 8 to 15 about 39.90 euros, for a 45-minute slot with up to ten surfers. A ten-pack is about 359 euros and a twenty-pack about 680 euros, and a private My Wave booking is about 459 euros.
