Flow Moscow

Flow Moscow runs a Citywave standing wave alongside Moscow's largest indoor skydiving wind tunnel, at Stavropolskaya Street 43 in the Lyublino area of southeast Moscow. The operator describes it as the only city surf wave in Russia. It is open every day, and it runs a Moscow surfing championship in 2026.

The Citywave reaches up to 1.4 meters, across a 7.5-meter-wide wave in a 15-meter pool, and its height is adjustable for every level. Sessions run for beginners, surfers with some experience, and advanced riders, with instructors on hand. Board, leash and helmet are provided in group sessions, and surfers must be at least 10.

Moscow-based surfers, for whom it is the only option in the country without a flight, and first-timers, who start in small coached groups.

Hour-long group sessions start at 5,200 roubles for a standard group of 5 to 10 (ages 14 and up), for experienced surfers in groups of 5 to 8, and for advanced riders in groups of 5 to 8. A mini-group of 4 to 6 for first-timers starts at 8,000 roubles, with kids from 10 and 35 kg. Hiring the whole wave for your own group of up to 10 starts at 40,000 roubles an hour, or 33,000 in the night and early-morning slots for advanced surfers, with instructors extra at 4,000 to 6,000 roubles an hour.
