The system generates left- and right-breaking pneumatic waves using an air-chamber and contoured-bottom design engineered to sustain wave height through the ride, reportedly losing only 20 to 30 percent of height from start to finish. It's a fully independent Brazilian patent with no licensing connection to Wavegarden, PerfectSwell, Endless Surf, or any other international system.
Surf Center Brasil launched its first location in Curitiba, Parana in January 2023, running a proprietary Brazilian pneumatic wave system patented independently of international brands like Wavegarden, PerfectSwell, or Endless Surf. The system runs on Siemens equipment inside a covered, heated pool, which lets the club operate year-round in an inland city roughly 100 kilometers from Brazil's coast. The brand is expanding, with additional units under construction or pre-selling in Sao Paulo (Congonhas) and Ribeirao Preto.
