Surf Center Brazil

Surf Center Brasil is a members-only indoor surf club in Curitiba, an inland city in Paraná, running a Brazilian-developed wave technology in a covered, heated pool. It describes itself as the first network of indoor surf clubs in the world: Curitiba is open, São Paulo and Ribeirão Preto are under construction, and Belo Horizonte and Porto Alegre are planned.

The operator lists waves from 0.5 to 2.0 meters, 240 to 600 waves an hour, rides of up to 16 seconds and water at 26 to 29°C, with programmable settings from beginner to advanced. The technology was developed in Brazil over more than ten years of study and prototypes before opening in Curitiba. Sessions are organized by level.

Members based in or near Curitiba who want consistent, warm-water waves year-round without driving to the coast, from children and beginners to experienced surfers. It is not a facility a visiting surfer can use on a day trip.

Surf Center is a private membership club with no public sessions. Memberships come in tiers (Makani, Ohana and Lani) with 24/7 access to the space and international surf trips; the club does not publish prices and asks prospective members to contact sales.
