ADG has not published a system price for EpicSurf specifically. Standing-wave systems from other vendors typically run $1.5 to $2.5 million, though EpicSurf is new enough that an independent cost figure hasn't surfaced yet.
EpicSurf is a deep-water standing wave in the same family as Citywave: a continuous, adjustable sheet of water runs over a shaped surface, producing a stationary wave face that a surfer rides in place rather than paddling into. Height and flow are adjustable in real time, and because the wave never stops or resets between rides, time on it is limited only by how long a surfer can hold the wave.
ADG (Aquatic Development Group) was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Cohoes, New York, where it still runs a 45,000-square-foot manufacturing plant. The company has built more than 4,000 aquatic facilities over six decades, and its WaveTek pneumatic wave systems date back to the 1980s, including what it calls the first surf-simulating wave inside a water park, in 1986. EpicSurf is ADG's newer deep-water standing-wave line, distinct from the older WaveTek pneumatic systems, and its first installation opened at Heroes Paradise in Brandon, Florida in June 2026.
