Boa Vista Village is a 3 million square meter resort community in Porto Feliz, about an hour from São Paulo, developed by the luxury group JHSF with hospitality run by Fasano. It is anchored by the Boa Vista Village Surf Club, a 220-meter PerfectSwell pool that was the first American Wave Machines pool in Latin America when it opened in 2023.
The real estate spans several products: Surfside Residences overlooking the wave from about R$10.2 million, Grand Lodge Residences from about R$4.9 million, Golf Residences along the Rees Jones course, and 696 square meter Village Houses on large plots from about R$17.7 million, plus lots in gated Village Parks and Gardens. The community is anchored by a PerfectSwell wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Boa Vista Village Surf Club.
