Boa Vista Village is a resort community in Porto Feliz, about an hour from São Paulo, developed by the luxury group JHSF, owner of the Fasano brand. It is anchored by the Boa Vista Village Surf Club, a 220-meter PerfectSwell pool that JHSF describes as the first American Wave Machines surfing pool in Latin America, which opened in 2023.
The real estate spans several products, per the sales site: lots of 2,500 square meters and up in the Village Parks & Garden condominiums from about R$6.3 million, Grand Lodge Residences overlooking the golf course from about R$6.9 million, Surfside Residences overlooking the beach and surf pool from about R$11.5 million, and 696 square meter Village Houses on plots from 2,030 square meters from about R$19.5 million. Golf Residences are priced on request. Residents share an 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones, tennis and beach tennis courts, a spa and gym, and an equestrian center.
The community is anchored by a PerfectSwell wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Boa Vista Village Surf Club.
