Aventuur's Jacksonville Surf Park is the centerpiece of eTown, a master-planned community by The PARC Group on Jacksonville's Southside, off State Road 9B in Duval County. At its heart is a 5.5-acre, 56-module Wavegarden Cove that produces around 20 wave settings across four zones, from whitewater rollers to head-high walls.
The Jacksonville City Council approved the rezoning and the project in 2025, with construction expected to begin in 2026 and the surf park opening targeted for late 2027 to 2028. Around the lagoon, Aventuur plans a high-performance surf academy, a boutique hotel, a health and wellness center, a beach club, dining, retail, and event space, with multifamily residential in later phases. eTown itself already offers neighborhoods and homes across a range of price points, so buyers can live minutes from the wave.
The community is anchored by a Wavegarden Cove wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Jacksonville Surf Park.
