Wisemans Surf Lodge is a members' surf lodge announced for a 45-acre property at Wisemans Ferry on the Hawkesbury River, north-west of Sydney, by BALNCE, with backing from pro surfers including Stephanie Gilmore and Joel Parkinson. It was pitched as an investor-owned resort, raising about 120 million Australian dollars from surfers who would co-own the property, with a 54-room hotel, nine-hole golf course, restaurant and bar. Announced in 2021 with SurfLoch technology, it switched to Endless Surf in September 2022. No construction or public progress has been reported since.
A 282 by 84.5 metre Endless Surf lagoon with 48 caissons, described in 2022. In Single Peak mode all caissons link to send a point-break-style wave the length of the pool, about 150 metres and 25 seconds, in either direction, with heights up to 2.3 metres; Split Peak runs lefts and rights of up to 13 seconds.
Investor members, if it is built: membership positions were offered only to investors, for use with friends and family.
