Palm Valley Gold Coast is a planned surf and golf resort at Parkwood Village in Parkwood, on the Gold Coast, backed by former world champion Mick Fanning. Its first stage centres on an Endless Surf ES48 lagoon, with a high-performance surf academy, an upgraded 18-hole golf course and hospitality, entertainment and event facilities; later stages add villas, hotel apartments and commercial buildings. Endless Surf announced the project's development approval in December 2023, and on 22 May 2026 the Queensland Government committed 4 million dollars to stage one from its Tourism Icon Investment Fund. In July 2025 the developer said it was construction-ready, aiming to start in 2026 on a two-year build and targeting waves by late 2027.
