HTX Surf is a planned surf destination at the Generation Park development in northeast Houston, by Beach Street Development, the company behind Atlantic Park and DSRT Surf. It was first announced in 2022 with Wavegarden and construction slated for early 2023; reports then linked it to Endless Surf, and in June 2025 Beach Street confirmed a 52-module Wavegarden Cove on a 5.5-acre lagoon. In June 2026 Blake Hess, chief operating officer of Beach Street Development, told Community Impact the projected opening had moved to 2028. No construction start has been announced.

Houston surfers and visitors once it opens. HTX Surf says it will sell public surf sessions and that memberships will not be required to surf.
No session prices have been announced. The Inertia reported memberships from 250 to 2,000 dollars a month; the Beachcomber tier includes two sessions a month and the Founding Member tier ten.
