Praia da Grama is the artificial-beach centerpiece of Fazenda da Grama, a gated luxury condominium in Itupeva, about 45 minutes from Sao Paulo. Opened in 2021, it was the first Wavegarden Cove in South America: more than half a kilometer of beachfront with soft sand and peeling waves from 0.5 to 2 meters, ridden by residents and their guests.
The community is one of the most complete in Brazil, pairing the surf beach with a top-ranked golf course, a lake for water sports, an equestrian center, and agroforestry gardens, all behind round-the-clock security. Homes sit on large plots, and lots of roughly 2,200 to 3,300 square meters continue to sell in later phases, each carrying title to the private beach.
The community is anchored by a Wavegarden Cove wave lagoon. It shares its surf with Praia da Grama.
