DSRT Surf is a 17-acre surf resort in Palm Desert, California, and the Coachella Valley's second public surf facility, after Palm Springs Surf Club; its booking calendar opened to the public in September 2026. Its centerpiece is a 52-module Wavegarden Cove, the largest Wavegarden in North America, engineered to hold 80 or more surfers at once across settings from beginner rollers to expert barrels.
The resort is planned as a mixed community rather than a day-use park. The first phase is the lagoon and a leisure pool; a second phase adds a 139-key hotel and 57 private villas, with dining, yoga and pickleball. It is developed by Desert Wave Ventures, with the resort's hotel and villas in later phases.
The community is anchored by a Wavegarden Cove wave lagoon. It shares its surf with DSRT Surf.
