DSRT Surf is a 17-acre surf resort under development in Palm Desert, California, and is set to be the state's first facility to offer man-made surf waves open to the public. Its centerpiece is a 52-module Wavegarden Cove, the largest in North America, engineered to hold 80 or more surfers at once across settings from beginner rollers to expert barrels.
The resort is planned as a mixed community rather than a day-use park. A first phase includes finished lots for 57 single-family residences alongside for-sale villas and a pad for an upscale hotel, with dining, pickleball, a pool, and a skate park. It is developed by Desert Wave Ventures, with an opening targeted for 2026.
The community is anchored by a Wavegarden Cove wave lagoon. It shares its surf with DSRT Surf.
