Reserva Beach Club is a members' club under construction in Alphaville, on the border between Barueri and Santana de Parnaíba in Greater São Paulo, built by local developer BR Soho with former footballer Ronaldo Nazário as a partner. BR Soho describes the 169,000 square metre site as integrated with the Tamboré Biological Reserve. The plan centres on a Surf Loch wave pool, with a lazy river, wet bar, children's pool, tennis and padel courts, a spa and restaurants. BR Soho puts the total investment at 1 billion reais, says it has owned the land for 15 years, and sells lifetime equity memberships rather than day tickets.
Two wave pools are planned, one reserved for children up to 12. The developer has contracted Surf Loch, the American system that runs the Palm Springs Surf Club. Launch coverage in February 2026 named the system as WaveBender, Surf Loch's newer pool design, and described waves of up to 2.1 metres with capacity for 50 surfers an hour. The artificial beach is planned at more than 25,000 square metres.
Membership only, sold as lifetime equity titles. As of September 2026: 3,200 family titles at 685,000 reais, covering a holder, spouse, three children up to 30 and four seniors over 70; individual titles at 377,000 reais with 10 guests a month; and 300 Galacticos House titles at 1.175 million reais. The first 250 founder titles have sold. Titles can be transferred or resold under club rules.
Nothing to book yet. BR Soho shows the project at a sales flagship on Avenida Marcos Penteado de Ulhôa Rodrigues 4211 in Alphaville. São Paulo Congonhas Airport is about 40 minutes by car, Guarulhos International about 50 minutes and Viracopos about 1 hour, all longer in São Paulo traffic.
